We have well developed routines and workflow and a body of knowledge from our experiences of several digital signage and sound solution rollouts.

DBP always appoints a project manager for each project. The task for the project manager is to make up a project plan together with the customer with activities and milestones as well as follow up on these.

The project managers role also includes to take responsibility for the overall quality in delivery and identifying any risks.
